Since 1997, Europe’s 500 Association, supported by well-known Business School IESE, has been selecting and publishing the list of the Top 500 growth entrepreneurs in Europe. The ranking uses the Birch Employee Growth Index, analyzing seven criteria: entrepreneurial involvement, independence, turnover, employment, organic growth, company size and age. Candidates are selected from a database of more than 20 million companies.
