Focus on Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pumps and Silencer Series
From 29 – 31 July 2014, the Swiss quality pump and valve manufacturer Diener Precision Pumps presents its precision piston pumps and gear pumps at the AACC 2014 Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo in Chicago, Illinois (USA). The AACC Annual Meeting & Clinical Lab Expo is the world’s largest gathering for laboratory medicine. Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pumps and the Silencer Gear Pump Series will be the main focus of Diener Precision Pumps‘ AACC appearance.
„Presenting the precision pumps of Diener Precision Pumps locally and face-to-face to our audience in the USA is of great importance to us. The AACC 2014 Clinical Lab Expo is the world’s largest industry event for laboratory medicine and offers a perfect opportunity in this respect“, comments John Bishop, Director of Sales and Marketing at Diener Precision Pumps regarding the decision to join the AACC event in Chicago as exhibitor.

Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pump: tailored exactly to the customer’s needs
The Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pumps of Diener Precision Pumps allow up to two different liquids and two different flow or stroke volume displacement rates in one application. The pumps have a space and economical saving design. The Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pump has one double shafted motor and two pump heads. The use of this pump allows different stroke volumes and flow rates in one application. The pumps are tailored exactly to the customer needs. John Bishop explains: „We achieve two different flow or stroke volume displacement rates by using either two different piston diameters or two alternate offset angles.“ The Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pump is suitable for pressure sensitive mixing and dispensing applications. The inlet and outlet of the two separate pumps can be opposed greatly reducing pressure fluctuations. With only one motor, the design of the Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pump is space and energy saving.
Silencer Gear Pump Series: simple, quiet, leak-free, chemically inert, reliable, compact, economical
The Silencer Gear Pump Series is everything a pump should be: simple, quiet, leak-free, chemically inert, reliable, compact and economical. Their manifold mounting simplifies the plumbing and reduces the installed cost in the customer’s system. A magnetic coupling ensures the pump will never leak and wetted materials are chosen to withstand a wide range of aggressive chemicals. The enhanced gears and shaft bearings have been optimized to ensure a long, trouble-free life and very low power consumption. The Silencer Series is available as standard series BLDC and as smart series with an additional integrated motor controller, and with the flowrates 1000 ml/min. and 1500 ml/min.
Visitors of the AACC 2014 Clinical Lap Expo can experience the Double Ended – Dual Dispensing Piston Pumps and the Silencer Gear Pump Series live at Diener Precision Pumps‘ booth (booth no. 4548). The Diener Precision Pumps trade fair team looks forward to your visit .
