Renowned experts Benjamin Visser and Prof. Denise Rousseau support Prisma Insights, senior leader Carolyn Medley strengthens its consulting team

The first members of this newly created board are Benjamin Visser, CEO and Founder of allygatr, the leading Incubator & Accelerator for HR-Tech in Europe, and Professor Denise Rousseau, H.J. Heinz III Chair in Organizational Behavior at Carnegie Mellon University. Another senior executive from the industry will be announced shortly.

His extensive network and expertise in the startup and investment landscape, along with his deep knowledge of innovative HR technologies, will provide Prisma Insights with valuable insights for developing forward-thinking consulting approaches.
Professor Denise Rousseau is a globally recognized scientific expert in organizational psychology and human resource management. Her groundbreaking research on psychological contracts and evidence-based HR strategies has shaped corporate practices worldwide. Her insights and research-driven perspectives will greatly enrich Prisma Insights‘ work.
Additionally, Carolyn Medley joins Prisma Insights as a Senior Consultant. Her former role as Head of People and Culture for Roche Pharma International saw her co-leading an organization with a revenue of 15 billion EUR, 15,000 colleagues and 150 countries. Previously, she held senior HR positions at Roche, including Head of HR China and Regional Head of HR Latin America. With decades of experience in international HR and leadership, she brings profound expertise in transformation processes and strategic workforce development.
